The rooms are spacious and pleasant with air conditioning, the food is delicious, and the hotel staff is extremely friendly.

Beautiful old place to stay if you're here for a holiday. The staff is amicable at all the levels. The units are airy and nice with beautiful interior. There is a good choice of appetising food for breakfast.

A great selection of outstanding food at breakfast time. Reasonably large units with balcony, nice decoration, for example.

The triple room had a very comfortable bed and included amenities like an electric kettle, climate control, and a personal safe, with a great location close to nature, the train station.

Worth its 3 stars. The rooms were good sized, the staff were fantastically helpful. Hotel's driver was top! We liked sitting on the balcony...

It was brand-new, well-equipped and with towels.

The room I stayed in was spacious and had a safe, iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card, and the bathroom had a bath.

The experience here was great, we will definitely be returning in the future.

Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and helpful assistance with arranging tours and transportation. a great choice for exploring Jaffna.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had such a blast in Jaffna, enjoying the fabulous continental breakfast and exploring the popular cycling routes. The staff arranged a tuk tuk tour for me and even a car hire. Loved every moment!

Couldn't find a single flaw, oh wait, the only thing missing was a personal butler. What a shame!

The hotel provided great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location was incredibly convenient, being very close to the train station. The staff exhibited excellent service and were very friendly and helpful. The rooms on the first floor were well-equipped with AC and a lovely balcony to relax on. The breakfast offered by the hotel was delicious and satisfying.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was just fine.

I recently had a pleasant stay at a charming resort in Jaffna. The spacious room was beautifully decorated and the garden was simply lovely. The friendly young guy who served us was always polite and had a constant smile. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like an outdated bathroom and poor Wi-Fi, overall I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the train station and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. Secondly, the staff here are amazing, always friendly and attentive. They really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Thirdly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, with lovely balconies to relax on. Lastly, the breakfast served here is delicious and will definitely set you up for the day.

All in all, this hotel was a great find and I couldn't fault a thing.
